Afrobeat Singer Wizkid reportedly loses mum, Jane Dolapo
Nigerian singer Wizkid, also known as Ayodeji Balogun, is mourning the loss of his mother.
Tragedy struck as Wizkid’s mother, Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun, passed away at around 1:30 a.m. on Friday.
Wizkid’s long-time manager, Sunday Are, confirmed the heartbreaking news. He revealed that Mrs. Balogun died in the early hours of Friday.
“Yes, she passed away this morning, around 1:30 am,” said Sunday Aaare.
The late Mrs. Jane Dolapo Balogun was a mother to two other children, Yetunde Balogun and Lade Balogun.
