Al Nassr FC secures victory with 3-1 Win over Al-Ettifaq FC as Ronaldo nets 51st goal of 2023

Al Nassr FC secured a convincing 3-1 victory against Al-Ettifaq FC.

The game kicked off with high anticipation at the 0′ mark. In the 14th minute, Mane’s shot narrowly missed the target, keeping the score level.

Controversy arose in the 26th minute as Telles went down in the box, but the referee waved off penalty appeals.

Ronaldo’s attempt in the 33rd minute soared into the sky, and his header at the 35th minute lacked the precision to trouble the opposition.

Excitement peaked in the 43rd minute when Alex Telles found the back of the net, giving Al Nassr FC a 1-0 lead.

The intensity continued into the second half with Laporte receiving a yellow card at the 50th minute.

In the 59th minute, Brozovic extended Al Nassr’s lead with another goal, making it 2-0.

Despite Ronaldo missing a chance in the 68th minute, Al Nassr FC widened the gap with a penalty goal at the 73rd minute, courtesy of Ronaldo himself, bringing the score to 3-0.

Al-Ettifaq FC managed to pull one back in the 85th minute, with Mohammed Al-Kuwaykibi finding the net, but it was not enough to stage a comeback.
