The citizens have played 35 matches and are only one point behind the Gunners. Liverpool is in third place. Jurgen Klopp’s players have 78 points, which they won in 36 rounds. The Reds only have a mathematical chance.
The fight for the title will be between two teams, while eight daredevils will take part in another competition. The Premier League has just published the list of nominees for the Player of the Season award. Who is among the stars of the ongoing competition?

Manchester City (Foden and Haaland) and Arsenal (Odegaard and Rice) have two representatives, while one player each was nominated from Newcastle (Isak), Chelsea (Palmer), Liverpool (van Dijk) and Aston Villa (Watkins).
The best chances of winning this Award are given to Cole Palmer and Phil Foden. The Blues midfielder’s tally is 31 matches, 21 goals and nine assists, while the Citizens’ striker boasts 16 goals and eight last passes in 32 Premier League games.
