Popular Nollywood actress Cindy Amadi, known for her role in the movie ‘Ife,’ has passed away.

The movie’s producers made the announcement on their Instagram page.

“We are deeply and unbelievably saddened to learn about the passing of the actress Cindy Amadi, who played Adaora in #ìféthemovie.

“We cannot begin to imagine the pain and loss her family feels right now. On behalf of our entire cast and crew, we wish her family all the comfort they need at this time.

“Rest in Peace, Cindy. You will always live on in our hearts forever. Thank you for sharing your gift with us,” they wrote.

Cindy Amadi, the well-known Nollywood actress celebrated for her part in ‘Ife,’ a lesbian-themed film, has sadly departed.
